Who we are
Heritage Copper Co., a wholesale supplier of handmade copperware based in Türkiye. For anything about your data, write to [email protected]. Full company details are given in every quote.
What this site collects
Nothing on our side. There are no cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts. The quote list you build while browsing is kept only in your own browser (local storage) and never reaches us unless you send it.
The request form does not submit to a server. It opens your own email app with your details filled in, and you decide whether to send it.
Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
When you email us
We receive what you choose to send: usually your name, company, work email, country and the products you are interested in. We use it to reply, to prepare quotes and samples, and to run any order that follows. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Email is handled by Google Workspace. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, apart from the logistics and payment providers needed to fulfil an order you place.
How long we keep it
As long as we are in contact about a quote or an order, and afterwards only as long as trade and tax rules require.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to its use. Email us and we will act within one month. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
